GenPro is a joint venture between Genesis Physicians Group and ProSperus to offer full service practice management to physicians—from primary care physicians to office-based specialists. No newcomer to revenue cycle management, the combined company is based on 20 years of experience and the industry’s highest level of claims processing accuracy and resolution. We have a complete suite of best-in-class software and services and currently assists over 500 physician and manages over 15 million transactions annually. The complete GenPro solution improves the efficiency of processes from the implementation of PM /EMR systems to revenue cycle management, front desk services and practice analytics. Wrapped around all of these services, GenPro offers full IT system design and support for all of the practice's IT hardware and software.  Physicians can choose just one or the entire suite of services to consistently enhance their practice performance and returns.

• Revenue Recovery: This translates into excellence in revenue recovery as well, since less than 1% of  GenPro rejected claims go unresolved, while other solutions struggle with denied claims as high as 10% of the total.
• Complete, Correct Claims: At the heart of the GenPro software is the Coverage Knowledge Center which is updated each week with government and health plan reimbursement modifications on a national, state and local basis. Every line item submitted for reimbursement is electronically checked and rechecked against the Knowledge Center to ensure the highest levels of reimbursement.
